Challenge:

The low awareness surrounding the CRG Rainbow growth and presence among IKEA Employees. 

 

Insight: Meetings can seem daunting when talked about with a heavy tone. Comfort objects (Plushies etc.) aid adults in developing their soothing abilities and remind us how to take care of ourselves and each other.

Show that the IKEA CRG Rainbow is “STUFFED WITH SUPPORT.”
